About Ingrid

Raised between cultures, Ingrid Harb knows what it feels like to live between worlds and question where you belong. That experience became the foundation of her voice and her work, shaping a path centered on confidence, identity, and helping people reclaim the parts of themselves they were taught to hide.

At 19, Ingrid founded the Women Ambassadors Forum (linkealo a la pagina) and grew it into a global community that reached women in more than 150 countries, raising over $500,000 to bring these forums to life. She also created a Certificate in Cross Cultural Leadership with the University of Florida, a program from which more than 20,000 people have graduated.

She later founded NOTA Inclusion,(tambien linkealo) building a speakers bureau dedicated to elevating diverse voices and creating meaningful partnerships with leading organizations. Through this work, Ingrid has partnered with more than 100 Fortune 500 companies and helped create impactful spaces for conversations around identity, belonging, leadership, and personal transformation.

Today, Ingrid speaks to audiences around the world about unlearning limiting beliefs, embracing the full story of who they are, and building the confidence to lead, connect, and show up more fully.
